How to Increase the Probability of Good Health and Long Life
(In Order of Importance) (Short Version)
1. Do NOT partake of any tobacco products.
2. Exercise regularly.
3. Eat healthy.
a. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruit, whole grains.
b. Avoid simple carbohydrates, especially sweets and potatoes.
c. Avoid animal fat -- use olive or canola oil.
d. Eat little, if any, animal protein. (Fish OK.)
e. Avoid added salt.
4. Floss regularly.
5. Drink alcohol very moderately, if at all.
6. Be kind and compassionate to all.
